The Appeals Court has adjourned indefinitely the court battle between the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and Capital Builders Network (CB-Net). 

The court about two months ago, adjourned to October 10, the hearing of a case to decide whether a Human Rights Court should hear BoG’s case restraining the Human Rights Court from hearing a substantive matter between the Central Bank and CB-Net. 

CB-Net dragged BoG to court for halting its operations and freezing the company’s account and that of the CEO Yaw Diowusu-Agyeman. 

But on Monday, the Appeals Court failed to pronounce the judgment as according to it, it needs to relook at the case again to make proper judgment later. 
Meanwhile, Citi Business News understands CB-Net could consider withdrawing the case from the court.
